Other Specification
  • At least cleared Intermediate level. Priority shall be given to Bachelor degree holder
  • Minimum 1-2 yrs of relevant working Experience. Fresher’s can also apply
  • Pleasing personality, good communication skill & willing to learn
  • Computer literate (good knowledge of office packages, Email, internet etc.)

Job Description

  • Receive and screen visitors and incoming calls, determine the priority matters and provide alert messages
  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to senior level management
  • Read and sort the incoming reports and correspondence; make preliminary assessment and organize the documents accordingly
  • Prepare memos, letters, quotations, purchase orders, O.C.M & other important correspondences as & when required
  • Make necessary travel and accommodation arrangements, including preparation of itineraries and maintenance of proper records and vouchers
