Job Description

Greet and welcome customers in a professional manner
Dear with customers' queries/complaints following standard practices
Ensure that customers' needs and expectations are met at their best
Deal with all new admission queries following the standard practices
Counsel the potential parents/students about schools' salient features
Keep all kinds of queries and complaints documented properly
Organize a school tour for prospective parents and students
Collaborate with sales and marketing team to prepare promotional materials and resources to develop community outreach
Collaborate with the other departments to organize promotional events and activities to help promote the school
Handle telephone switchboard and deal with general inquiries
Ensure the smooth flow of communication within the school community
Assist supervisors to carry out day to day front office operation
Perform other administrative jobs as assigned by the school authorities
