Job Description

  • Handle all telephone calls,  faxing, copying, scanning, incoming mail and any other correspondence & communicate verbally and in writing to answer inquiries of students, parents and all visitors
  • Arrange and confirm appointments Arrange meetings, type and distribute minutes of meetings
  • Maintain the records of all Telephone Nos. and manage Movement Register and Attendance, filing systems and databases
  • Prepare and manage correspondence, reports , letters and documents
  • Coordinate the flow of information both internally and externally
  • Provide office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the Office
  • Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization
  • Direct the clients and the general public to the appropriate staff member
  • Perform back office coordination - Taking enquiries, complaints etc of students on phone and walk-ins, Explaining course contents to students seeking for admission and explain the procedure for admission
  • Provide general assistance to other facilities functions as required
  • Perform all your duties with due diligence  and as per the code of conduct of the organization
  • Perform any necessary duties assigned by the supervisor as and when required
