Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Front Desk Officer with a pleasant personality and dynamic professional attitude to provide professional and friendly service to all our customers and visitors.

Job Location: Kathmandu

Job Description

  • Maintain positive and professional attitude at all times.
  • Ensure timely and accurate customer service.
  • Handle complaints and specific customers’ requests.
  • Respond to questions and concerns of visitors and guide them to the concerned department if they have any queries.
  • Keep records of customer’s interactions, phone calls, and complaints.
  • Maintain an organized and comprehensive filing system.

Job Specification

  • Bachelors’ Degree.
  • 3 years’ work experience as a Front Desk Officer or Customer Service Officer with office management and general administrative tasks.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Excellent office management and general administrative skills.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and stressful situation.
