                Job Description

                • Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
                • Maintaining diaries, files  and arranging appointments
                • Maintaining employee records and paperwork
                • Responsible for meeting the goals and target of the company
                • Data analysis and of the subscribers fallow up
                • Develop various strategies and schemes with respect to internal account
                • Listen to the complaints of the customers and solve their problems by coordinating with line agencies. Documentation etc.
