Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
Maintaining diaries, files and arranging appointments
Maintaining employee records and paperwork
Responsible for meeting the goals and target of the company
Data analysis and of the subscribers fallow up
Develop various strategies and schemes with respect to internal account
Listen to the complaints of the customers and solve their problems by coordinating with line agencies. Documentation etc.

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:Not Required

Other Specification

Candidates must be punctual, have good communication skill and confident personality
Should be able to work under pressure
Should have knowledge about MS office
Should have basic knowledge in accounting
Must have two wheelers with a valid driving license
Good communication, customer service and relationship-building skills
Organization and time management skills
Able to present company's mission and history clearly and confidently

Working Hours: 9:30 am to 5:00 pm
