Bachelor’s degree with minimum 1 year of experience
Sound knowledge of MS Office, Fluency in written & spoken English
Pleasing personality, good listener with good interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently & manage priorities
Basic knowledge in domestic/international ticketing (preferred but not essential)

Receive and answer telephone calls politely and professionally, take messages and forward it to the concerned staff members accurately and immediately
Manage the front desk by providing a friendly, polite and efficient interface between the company and visitors
Maintain a clean and tidy reception area by complying with policy and procedures of the company
Log and Maintain outgoing and incoming letter and forward to the concerned personnel
Any other responsibility as assigned by the Management
