Roles and responsibilities of this job

Check guest in and out accurately, ensuring proper credit is received, special requests are noted and fulfilled and accurate information is established
Provide hotel information and concierge services
Provide exceptional customer service
Complete all front desk guest transactions
Promote and sell special hotel programs
Assist the team with necessary information
Be knowledgeable of all emergency procedures and hotel policies
Communicate all pertinent information to the team
Advise housekeeping staff when rooms have been vacated and are ready for cleaning.
Follow set procedures on posting, charges and refunds

Experience in customer service position, hotel experience will be an added advantage

Able to use logical thinking and personal judgment to perform a variety of office tasks

Follow instructions without close supervision
