Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a smart, friendly, and organized Front Desk Officer to join our team. The selected candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, students, and clients, ensuring smooth front office operations and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and greet visitors and clients with a friendly and professional demeanor
Direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate staff members
Provide clear information about services, programs, and application procedures to students
Update and maintain student and visitor records in the database
Respond to inquiries and guide individuals to the relevant department
Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
Support the administrative team with daily operational tasks
Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable
Manage mail, courier services, and deliveries
Assist in organizing company events such as education fairs
Handle emails and inquiries accurately and professionally
Perform administrative duties including filing, photocopying, and document preparation

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Minimum education: 10+2 completed (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
At least one year of experience in a front desk or administrative role. (Freshers with strong communication and organizational skills are encouraged to apply)
Good verbal and written communication skills in English
Friendly personality with strong interpersonal skills
Sound knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to manage calls, emails, and in-person inquiries efficiently
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
Basic knowledge of office administration and customer service
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Working Hours:

Morning Shift: 6:45 AM - 2:45 PM (8 hours)
Day Shift: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM (8 hours)

Benefits: Lunch provided for both shifts.
