- Greet Customers, Answer Telephone Calls, Route and Screen Calls, Relay messages, Alert appropriate personnel that the visitor has arrived and direct visitors when to wait in a reception area and when to proceed to another area in the hospital
- Provide all necessary information about the services and service hours of SWACON
- Schedule Appointments of the patients with Doctors in a highly efficient manner so that the patients and doctors time are efficiently managed
- Schedule all return appointments with those patients needing such appointment at their time of dismissal from the department
- Make all appointment conformation calls for the assigned specialty areas the day prior to the appointment or directed by the doctor
- Reschedule all appointments in the event of doctor schedule change or modification
- Record all patient information
- Handling of cash and billing whenever appropriate (e.g. taking cash from patients)
- Maintain updated directories, telephone lists, addresses and other relevant guides or references
- Attend Trainings, Seminars, and workshops as deemed necessary
- Perform other duties as directed by department head
Duty Hours : As per policy of SIHPL (night shifts are mandatory)
Salary : As per the financial guidelines of SIHPL
