Job Description

  • Answer phones all incoming calls, route calls to specific people and answer inquiries about company
  • Work as a support staff to the administration and finance/account department
  • Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable
  • Receiving and sorting daily mail
  • Deal with office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Schedule follow ups, appointments, meetings and conference rooms
