Key Responsibilities:

Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and support, ensuring a positive experience.
Assist in product checking to maintain quality standards and inventory accuracy.

Support stock management, monitoring inventory levels and reporting discrepancies.
Manage social media interactions to enhance brand visibility and engage with audiences.
Collaborate with team members to develop creative strategies for customer outreach and retention.

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Education: Higher Secondary (+2 / A Levels / IB) or equivalent
Experience: Minimum 1 year in sales, customer service, or related roles
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong customer handling and relationship-building skills
Basic understanding of billing and product checking processes
Familiarity with stock management practices is a plus
Proficient in social media platforms and digital communication
Ability to work under pressure, learn quickly, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
