Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist/ Front Desk Trainee to be the first point of contact for our consultancy. This role involves managing daily operations at the front desk, handling inquiries, and ensuring smooth administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist students, parents, and visitors professionally.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain records.
  • Assist with basic documentation and administrative tasks.
  • Keep the reception area tidy and presentable.
  • Provide basic information about our services and direct queries to the relevant team members.
  • Create, manage, and update content on our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.), including posts, stories, reels, and engaging with followers.
