We have successfully provided a vehicle driving training to more than One Million (10,00,000) customer. With the modern facilities and well trained manpower currently we are handling more that 1200 customers daily.

License trail test conducted by Government of Nepal is currently hosted by us.

Job Description

Suzuki Driving School is seeking a motivated and experienced Front Desk Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our institute by providing excellent customer service, administrative support, and day-to-day management of the front desk.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly and efficiently.
  • Manage appointments and schedule driving lessons for students.
  • Maintain and update client records and ensure accurate data entry.
  • Receive and process payments and issue receipts.
  • Assist in administrative tasks such as preparing reports and maintaining inventory of office supplies.
  • Handle and resolve any client complaints or issues in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with other staff members to ensure smooth operation of the front desk.
  • Follow established procedures and guidelines to ensure quality service to clients.
  • Adhere to company policies and maintain confidentiality of information.
