Job Description

We are currently searching for a capable and dynamic Front Desk Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors and clients with a positive and friendly attitude.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls and emails to the appropriate person or department.
  • Maintain a neat and organized front desk area.
  • Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments for staff.
  • Keep track of office inventory and order supplies as needed.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records.
  • Handle inquiries and resolve basic issues from clients and visitors.
  • Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the job.
