We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Front Desk Officer to join our team at EDF Admissions Baneshwor. The candidate should have a pleasant personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
Handle incoming calls and forward them to the appropriate person
Maintain a tidy and presentable front desk area
Receive, sort and distribute mail and packages
Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
Provide general administrative and clerical support
Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:Equal to 1 year

Other Specification

Minimum +2 qualification
Proficient in Microsoft tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly
Proven experience in a similar role will be an added advantage
