Job Description

We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to manage our front desk and provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and skills:

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Notify appropriate company staff of visitor arrivals.
  • Maintain visitor logbook and issue visitor badges as per security protocol.
  • Operate the telecommunication system, including handling inbound and outbound calls.
  • Respond to inquiries and provide information or route inquiries to the appropriate department.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Assist in customer follow-ups for payments.
  • Maintain and update employee and department directories.
  • Support overall administrative tasks as required.
