Nepal Vending Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Front Desk Officer. This is an entry-level position that offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the sales support field. As a Front Desk Officer, you will provide exceptional sales support and customer service to our clients.

Main Duties and Responsibilities :

Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate department
Provide sales support by answering product and service inquiries and directing potential customers to the appropriate sales team member
Provide general administrative support, including maintaining files and records
Assist with sales support tasks such as data entry, order processing, and inventory management
Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
Prepare and distribute internal and external communications, such as memos and emails
Perform other duties as assigned by management

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Required Age:Less than 25 years

Other Specification

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree is preferable)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Only Female Candidates are encouraged to apply and also preferable
An applicant who has a driving license is preferable.
Previous customer service experience is a plus, Freshers are encouraged to apply
