Job Description

We are looking for two dynamic and well-spoken Front Desk Officers to join our team. The ideal candidates should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and the ability to handle client interactions efficiently. You will be the first point of contact for our company and play a crucial role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally, providing accurate information to clients.
  • Convince and engage potential clients through effective communication.
  • Maintain and update client records with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings or appointments as required.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as email correspondence and data entry.
  • Ensure the front desk area remains presentable and organized at all times.
  • Nepali and English typing both required
