• Telephone technique (Multi incoming calls)
• Managing patient billings and accounts
• Time management and appointment book proficiency
• Supporting all other practice staff
• Stock/ Inventory (counting, recording, ordering)
• Billing, banking, basic account keeping.
• Opening and locking up (if required)
• Assisting with distribution of marketing campaigns
