Job Description

  • Welcomes visitors and job seekers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone and answering their inquiries
  • Pre- Screen the jobseeker whether they are suitable for the job position or not as required by the company
  • Helping jobseeker to get an understanding of the requirements of demand
  • Scanning the documents of the job seekers and updating their status to the respective in charge.
  • Supporting other teams with various tasks
  • Provide a meet and greet function for Placements walk-in candidates and successfully communicate      demand information and provide advice
  • Maintain a positive attitude and contribute towards a quality environment
  • Maintaining accurate records of all walk-in clients and phone call
  • Any paperwork, documentation, contact details, reports, or lists generated will remain the property of Placements
