We are looking for a Front Desk Officer with a pleasant personality and dynamic professional attitude to provide professional and friendly service to all our customers and visitors.

Maintain positive and professional attitude at all times
Ensure timely and accurate customer service
Handle complaints and specific customers’ requests
Respond to questions and concerns of visitors and guide them to the concerned department if they have any queries
Keep records of customer’s interactions, phone calls, and complaints
