- Attending Incoming & Outgoing calls with proper etiquettes and maintaining records for them.
- Responding the telephonic call and carry out the conversations politely and timely manner.
- Greeting and assisting visitors, customers and guests.
- Manage the walk-in visitors, customers and guests.
- Differentiating the incoming calls and walk-ins and handle them appropriately. Screening phone calls & avoidable visitors.
- Handling multiple telephone lines in timely manner and direct the calls to the concerned person / extension.
- Handling day to day Admin activities.
- Maintain customer databases.
- Record details of inquiries, comments and complaint.
- Prepare and distribute customer activity reports.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
- Regularly following up prospective customers/visitors.
- Arranging couriers and maintain in-coming and out-going couriers records.
- Keeping the reception area tidy.
