Job description

  • Position: Front Desk Executive
  • Job Location: Banasthali, Kathmandu, Nepal

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Greet and attend patients in person and over the phone.
  • Professionally assist doctors, staff, visitors, and patients.
  • Answer all phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all doctor, staff, and patient information.
  • Schedule appointments between doctors and patients.
  • Adhere to policy and procedures of NPL during all activates.
  • Communicate medical results to patients under clinical supervision.
  • Complete accurate documentation of patient visits.
  • Greet visitors in a friendly, professional manner and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries.
  • Manage the office’s incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Maintain and update the appointment schedules for meetings and conferences.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and managing office documents.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as booking travel, arranging meetings, or ordering office supplies.
  • Ensure the office's safety and security by monitoring visitors and maintaining the visitor log.
  • Handle customer inquiries or complaints, providing assistance or escalating as needed.
  • Support other departments with administrative duties when required.

Job Requirement/Specification/Skill :

  • Able to handle the administration work
  • Communication Skills
  • Interpersonal Skills 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor running or Bachelor’s in related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in healthcare or pathology services.
