Job Description

  • Manage the front desk by answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and directing calls to appropriate departments.
  • Provide accurate information about the college's programs, courses, and admission procedures to visitors and callers.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
  • Schedule and manage appointments and meetings for the administrative staff and faculty.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
  • Handle student and visitor queries and concerns efficiently.
  • Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
  • Support the administrative team with various tasks and projects as needed.
