Job Description

A Front Desk and Business Development Assistant is required to support a team of lawyers. Suitable candidates will be expected to undertake the following tasks:

Prepare fee proposals, responses to RFPs, lawyers profile, and engagement letters
Arrange meetings between lawyers and clients
Communication with clients by email and phone
Management of front desk
Issuing and collection of invoices
Undertaking other administrative and secretarial tasks
Undertake tasks such as photocopy, printing, binding, scanning

Candidates are expected to have:

Good interpersonal and communication skills
Good written and spoken English and Nepali
Able to edit and amend fee proposals, business profiles and engagement letters using MS Word
