Rhombuscore is a newly established freight forwarding back-office company serving Australian clients. We’re hiring an experienced freight forwarding professional to train our operations team and supervise live client files until the team can run independently.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and supervise freight forwarding files (bookings, customs documentation, shipment exceptions) before they go to clients
Train operators on freight forwarding fundamentals and real-world judgment calls
Make decisions on HS code classification, documentation discrepancies, and customs holds
Build a documented case/exception log from real files for ongoing team training
Support quality checks on outgoing client work

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 5 years

Other Specification

Minimum 5 years hands-on freight forwarding or customs brokerage experience
Real experience with import/export documentation, HS classification, and customs procedures
Strong English communication (client base is Australian)
Willing to relocate to Biratnagar if not already based here

Nice to have: CargoWise exposure (not mandatory, we can train the software; we need the judgment)

Compensation: Negotiable, based on experience.
