Support the general resort operations by leading the F&B Department to provide guest services as well as supervision, direction and leadership to the F&B staff. We are looking for an individual with excellent communication and customer service skills who will respond to the owners and guest needs in a professional manner in accordance with the objectives, performance and quality standards set by the resort.

• Coordinate with Executive Chef to develop and implement Food and Beverage marketing and sales plan
• Develops and implements menu offerings and pricing based on competition, market trends, costs etc
• Analyses business results on a regular basis and takes actions to improve results as appropriate
• Determines appropriate staffing levels for fore casted business and schedules employees accordingly
• Evaluates food and beverage service quality and service levels regularly and implements strategies to improve areas of concern
• Sets objectives for each Department within the Food and Beverage Department and supervises the Department Managers

• Must be an excellent face-to-face and telephone communicator   
  

Literacy and Numeracy:

• Able to understand profit and loss calculations and basic business. Fluency in written and spoken English is essential

Qualification :

• Masters in Hospitality Management or Equivalent preferable
• Bachelors in Hospitality Management and High School Diploma or Equivalent necessary

Experience Required:

• Prior experience of working in Nepal at 4 or 5 star hotels or with equivalent Indian companies preferred

Min. Exp:   5 years+ with at least 2 years in senior supervisory capacity
Max. Exp:   15 years
