Job Description

  • Captain/ 2nd in Charge of F&B at Property
  • Responsible for operating F&B outlets assigned to him/ her. 
  • Monitoring & ensuring F & B service operations are running smoothly. 
  • Organizing duty roster of service staff. 
  • Cost control, inventory, Training Maintaining SOP for quality. 
  • Should able to introduce innovative ideas for generating targeted sale Guest interaction, menu planning. Addressing guest requirement and reaching to them.

Desired Profile: 

  • Responsible for operating F&B outlets assigned to him/ her. 
  • Must be proficient in the bar and have good knowledge and experience with serving at bar.
  • To recommend food and beverage service standards & implement and follow on standard operating procedure. 
  • Degree/Diploma holder of Hotel Management. 
  • Good communication skill. Work experience (2-3Years)
