Diploma in Hotel Management from a recognized institute or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience in deluxe hotels, preferably with foreign exposure
Pleasing personality with good command over English is desirable
Candidates having similar work experience in any reputed hotel would be given preference
Working knowledge of various computer software programs (IDS/ MS office, restaurant management software, pos)
Capable of exploration of F&B sales, maintaining budget expenses & cost control
Proven food and beverage management experience
Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)
Mastery in delegating multiple tasks
Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices
Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets
Guest-oriented and service-minded
Must have completed a Bachelor's Degree
A friendly personality and a genuine desire to help and please others
The ability to think clearly and make quick decisions
Able to work effectively in a stressful environment, effectively deal with guests and accept constructive criticism from supervisors
The ability to balance customer and business priorities
Flexibility and a 'can do' mentality
Energy and patience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially when dealing with speakers of other languages

Salary & Benefits: As per the Company rules but negotiable if justifiable.

The candidate is responsible for day to day F&B service operations with a focus on beverages i.e. juices , smoothies etc. Work includes preparing a menu, reducing operation costs checking inventories, ordering supplies, training staff and assessing customer satisfaction

Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements
Identify customers needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel
Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures
Provide a two way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork
Comply with all health and safety regulations
