- Diploma in Hotel Management from a recognized institute or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience in deluxe hotels, preferably with foreign exposure
- Pleasing personality with good command over English is desirable
- Candidates having similar work experience in any reputed hotel would be given preference
- Working knowledge of various computer software programs (IDS/ MS office, restaurant management software, pos)
- Capable of exploration of F&B sales, maintaining budget expenses & cost control
- Proven food and beverage management experience
- Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)
- Mastery in delegating multiple tasks
- Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices
- Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets
- Guest-oriented and service-minded
- Must have completed a Bachelor's Degree
