About the job

As a Food and Beverage Attendant, your primary responsibility is to provide excellent customer service in dining establishments such as restaurants, cafes, bars, or hotels. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring guests have a positive and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them in making menu choices.
  • Take orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.

Food and Beverage Preparation:

  • Prepare and serve drinks, including coffee, tea, and alcoholic beverages.

Maintaining Cleanliness:

  • Keep dining areas clean and organized, including clearing tables and sanitizing surfaces.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in food service areas and equipment.
  • Assist in dishwashing and cleaning tasks as needed.

Compliance and Safety:

  • Follow health and safety guidelines and food handling procedures.
  • Adhere to responsible alcohol service policies.
  • Report any safety hazards, incidents, or maintenance issues to management.

Teamwork:

  • Collaborate with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.

Requirements:
