This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in logistics, quality control, and operational follow-ups.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Follow-Up Intern to join our logistics operations team. The candidate will play a vital role in ensuring smooth order fulfillment, documentation, and quality assurance processes. This internship is ideal for individuals looking to develop their skills in inventory management, communication, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in order preparation and follow-ups to ensure timely fulfillment.
Input and manage data accurately within internal systems.
Communicate with clients and logistics partners to track orders and address any issues.
Support the returns process and handle associated documentation.
Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing shipments.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying areas for optimization.
Prepare reports and maintain accurate records of daily operations.
Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel).
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Interest in logistics, supply chain, or operations management.
