- Present, promote, and sell

- Facilitate the expansion of
sales to existing customers and the development of sales to new customers.
- Conduct cost-benefit and needs
analysis to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Establish and maintain strong
business and customer relationships.
- Proactively reach out to
customer leads through cold calling.
- Address and resolve customer
issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Consistently meet or exceed
sales targets and deadlines.
- Analyze market potential,
monitor sales, and prepare comprehensive status reports.
- Collaborate effectively with
team members and other departments.
- Deliver detailed reports on
customer needs, challenges, interests, competitive activities, and
opportunities for new products and services.
- Remain informed about best
practices and emerging promotional trends.
- Actively seek and implement
feedback for ongoing improvement.
- Ensure timely collection of
payments and accurate ledger reconciliation.
- Visit potential and current
clients in order to provide product information, answer client questions
and concerns and build brand awareness.
- Track all appointments, sales,
complaints, status reports, recovery etc.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a FMCG Sales
Officer in a similar role. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the FMCG
sector.
- Demonstrated success in
achieving sales targets; exceptional selling, negotiation, and
communication skills.
- Excellent ability to prioritize
tasks, manage time efficiently, and stay organized.
- Competence in creating and
delivering impactful presentations tailored to audience needs.
- Strong relationship management
skills and receptiveness to feedback.
- Bachelor’s degree in business
or a related field.
