About the job

Job Overview:

We are looking for Flutter Developers to join our team and help build high-performance, cross-platform mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have experience developing and deploying Flutter apps for Android and iOS, integrating APIs, and working with state management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain mobile applications using Flutter & Dart.
Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices.
Ensure smooth performance and responsiveness of applications across different devices.
Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product teams to create a seamless user experience.
Integrate third-party APIs, databases, and cloud services as needed.
Implement state management solutions like Provider, Riverpod, BLoC, or GetX.
Debug and optimize app performance for better speed and efficiency.
Deploy and manage apps on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
Stay updated with the latest Flutter developments and industry trends.

Requirements:

Experience: 1-3+ years of hands-on experience with Flutter & Dart.
Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and responsive design.
Experience with RESTful APIs, Firebase, and third-party integrations.
Knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems.
Familiarity with native Android (Java/Kotlin) or iOS (Swift) development is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with animations in Flutter.
Knowledge of backend technologies (Node.js, Firebase, or similar).
Experience with Agile development methodologies.
