Frontline Manager (Operation And Maintenance)

Huawei Technologies Nepal is seeking a highly experienced and skilled FL Manager (Operation & Maintenance) to join our team. As a senior-level professional, you will be responsible for independently managing and overseeing the implementation of a specific module or business scope within our O&M management department. This is a key role within our organization and requires a deep understanding of O&M processes and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies for efficient and effective O&M management
• Independently lead and manage a team responsible for the implementation of a specific module or business scope
• Monitor and analyze O&M performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of O&M processes and procedures
• Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and vendors, customer oriented approach with focus on service excellence.
• Provide guidance and support to team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in O&M management, incorporating them into our processes and procedures as needed
• Prepare and present reports to senior management on O&M performance and initiatives
• Lead and mentor a team of FLM technicians, Monitor and analyze the KPI.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in O&M management, preferably in the telecommunications industry
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to independently manage and motivate a team
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• In-depth knowledge of O&M processes and procedures
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in project management and data analysis tools with good excel and ppt skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Willingness to travel as needed.
