Fleet Operations & Rider Onboarding Officer

The Fleet Operations & Rider Onboarding Officer is responsible for managing the end-to-end rider lifecycle, from CRM lead follow-up and candidate onboarding to scooter allocation, rider activation, and offboarding. The role ensures smooth fleet operations through accurate documentation, cross-functional coordination, compliance with company standards, and an excellent rider experience. This position is ideal for a proactive individual with strong ownership, operational skills, and the potential to grow into a future operational leadership or showroom role.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end rider onboarding process, from lead follow-up and screening to rider activation.
• Conduct rider interviews, riding tests, and document verification in line with company standards.
• Maintain accurate rider records and update all onboarding information in the system.
• Coordinate Security Deposit collection, scooter allocation, Yango activation, and rider handover.
• Manage rider offboarding, including scooter returns, damage assessment, inventory updates, and profile closure.
• Coordinate with Operations, Fleet, Finance, and other teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies while maintaining high service standards.
• Demonstrate ownership, accountability, and leadership in daily operations.
