Roles and responsibilities of this job

The Fleet Operations & Rider Onboarding Officer will be responsible for end-to-end rider lifecycle management from CRM lead follow-up to scooter allocation, activation, churn handling, and spare pool coordination. The role ensures operational efficiency, proper documentation, and smooth onboarding/offboarding of fleet riders.

Roles and responsibilities:

Follow up on CRM leads and ensure timely communication with potential riders.
Track showroom visits and maintain accurate visit records.
Conduct Level 2 filtration (Ride-sharing score) and shortlist qualified candidates.
Coordinate and conduct riding tests and interviews.
Perform complete document verification as per company compliance standards.
Collect Security Deposit (SD) and hand it over to the Accounts Department.
Ensure proper entry and updating in the Trackon system.
Maintain organized rider documentation records.
Coordinate scooter allocation based on availability and rider profile.
Manage Yango activation process for approved riders.
Mark official rider start date in the system.
Ensure smooth handover process of scooter and onboarding briefing.
Manage churn processes in a structured and compliant manner.
Coordinate scooter return inspection.
Ensure damage assessment and proper reporting.
Update spare pool inventory after scooter return.
Close rider profile in system after clearance.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree completed/running in Management or related field
1+ year experience in operations, onboarding, customer service, or fleet management preferred
Freshers with good communication skills may apply
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
Good Nepali and English communication skills
Two-wheeler license is an advantage
