Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Proactively analyzing daily rider requirements and hiring riders from various sources.
  • Maintain regular communication with job agencies and identify different rider hiring platforms.
  • Handling phone calls (enquires & interview schedule).
  • Maintain proper database of rider pool and hired riders.
  • Ensure and maintain rider's documentation.
  • Actively participate in rider hiring and retention programs.
  • Coordinate with HR and admin department for the rider's administrative work.
  • Assist Fleet Leads in handling rider's grievances if required.
