Roles and responsibilities of this job

The Kathmandu Grill Restaurant and Wine Bar, located in the heart of the tourist district, is seeking to hire a highly motivated and experienced individual to fill the position of Fine Dining Restaurant Sales and Marketing Person.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and increase revenue
Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients and partners
Plan and execute special events, promotions and community outreach programs
Conduct market analysis and research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competition
Collaborate with other teams, including culinary and management, to ensure consistent brand messaging
Monitor and report on sales and marketing results and adjust strategies as needed

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 3 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
3+ years of experience in sales and marketing within the hospitality industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent knowledge of social media and digital marketing
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Passion for providing exceptional customer service
