Satin Leaf Investment which is a sister concern of BRP Group is looking for talented and highly motivated individuals to join our team as Financial Analyst. Please come and Join us.

Responsibilities:

Perform financial forecasting, reporting and operational metrics tracking
Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support
Prepare report on financial data and create financial models for decision support
Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendation for improvements
Work closely with Finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting
Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual result with plans and forecasts
Provide analysis of trends and forecasts and recommend actions for optimization
Recommend action by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses; study proposed changes in methods and materials
Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports and Excel dashboards
Increase productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools
Perform market research, business intelligence, and valuation comps
Maintain a strong financial analysis foundation creating forecasts and models

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:Not Required

Other Specification

3-5 years of business finance or other relevant experience
MBAs are preferred
Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Statistics are preferred major fields
Able to analyze Annual Report/Management Report
Strong Organizational Background
Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills
Advanced knowledge of Excel
