Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Financial Planning and Analysis:

Assist in the development and monitoring of financial budgets and forecasts.
Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
Prepare financial models and scenarios for strategic decision-making.

Financial Reporting:

Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports in accordance with accounting standards.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial information.

Project Finance:

Assist in the financial planning and execution of project financing transactions.
Develop financial models for project feasibility studies and investment analysis.
Monitor project financial performance and ensure compliance with financing agreements.

Corporate Finance:

Assist with financial planning for the company's and group’s overall operations.
Manage cash flow and working capital.
Support investment decisions and capital budgeting.

Financial Compliance:

Ensure compliance with all applicable financial laws, regulations, and accounting standards.
Assist with internal and external audits.

Stakeholder Communication:

Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders on financial matters.

Other Duties:

Stay up-to-date on financial trends and best practices.
Assist with special projects as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Master's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. OR Semi-qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
3+ years of experience in project finance or corporate finance.
Strong knowledge of financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
Experience with financial modeling and investment analysis.
Familiarity with project finance structures and documentation
Knowledge of accounting standards (NFRS/IFRS) and regulatory requirements.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Nepali and English languages.
