CAPAC Consultancy is a global aircraft parts supplier headquartered in France, serving major airlines including Air Senegal and Kenya Airways. We facilitate the delivery of high-quality aviation components directly to our clients around the world. Our team operates fully remotely, enabling professionals to work flexibly from any location with a stable internet connection and a reliable laptop.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Officer to join our remote team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer invoicing, tracking payments, coordinating financial communications, and overseeing credit management with clients. This role is critical to ensuring timely billing and transparent financial transactions across our international operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and issue customer invoices upon confirmation of shipment.
Coordinate with internal team members to verify delivery terms and shipment status prior to invoicing.
Communicate with airline customers regarding invoices, payment schedules, and credit terms.
Support credit management, including follow-up on overdue payments when necessary.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date invoice logs, payment records, and financial documentation.
Provide regular payment updates to the operations and management teams.

Other Specification

Candidate Requirements:

Must have a personal laptop and a stable internet connection (essential for remote work).
Ability to work full-time based on European time (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CET).
Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
Proficiency in data reporting tools, especially Excel or Google Sheets.
Experience with any data or financial management software is considered an advantage.
High level of accuracy and time management, with the ability to work independently.
