Job Description

Responsible for handling TT/LC/DD/DAP process (from bank form fill up till the payment) after getting PI and agreement from the sales team.
Responsible for consignment release process.
Perform works related to free of cost (FOC) and warranty.
Process for consignment release.
Doing cross verification after arrival of goods at store.
Cross check the issue order and forward the bills for VAT bill process.
Correspond with concerned finance personnel for the Vat bill process.
Cross verify the issues related to Vat bill.
Update all credit transactions {record maturity period of TR (Trust Received) loan} and provide details to the CEO/director of the company.
Receive the Memo regarding Promotional Expenses/Sponsorship & Advertisement which is send by sales coordinator and process for it.
Correspond with receivable department about the collection report.
Responsible for the entry of all the expenses in Navision (journal entry) (after getting bill and required documents) such as:
Do entry of all the expenses in Navision (journal entry) (after getting bill and required documents).
Taking out voucher of expenses and submitting to concerned finance person for further payment processes.
Process for Local Insurance
Finance Coordinators are responsible to process for Local LC (respective Brands), preparation of Performance bond, demo & Return, Warranty & FOC.
Stock checking/counting on regular basis.
All the financial works of respective brand need to be carried out, scanned and filed by the respective financial coordinators.
Doing other works assigned by the management of even other departments/ or associated companies as and when required basis.
