Job Description

Maintain records and receipts of all daily transactions
Ensure financial records are kept up to date with all the latest transactions and changes
Monitor all bank deposits and changes
Prepare balance sheet and invoices
Contribute to financial audits
Reconciling transactions on daily, monthly and yearly basis
Recording account payables and receivables
Administering staff payrolls and allowances as advised by the management
Preparing and entry of journal vouchers and payment vouchers
Making financial settlements in close liaison with management and parties
Other responsibilities as advised by the management
