• Be responsible for leading and managing a team environment which provides a high level of service to the business through superior financial analyses and continuous process improvements.
• Identify and deliver business process improvements within the scope of Operations Finance.
• Supports CFO in the review of operational and financial results through understanding of key metrics driving Logistics performance
• Responsible for financial strategy and policy, arranging the appropriate funding and managing financial risks in the organization.
• Ensuring that cash flows are adequate to allow business units to operate effectively;
• Lead in the ideation and development of new advanced analytical approaches to improve the understanding of key cost drivers and improved operational performance
• Coordinate with delivery providers (3PLs and own fleet) on receipts and payments
• Provide a high level of analytical support and financial training to junior level staffs
• Must maintain confidentiality and discretion in all aspects and be comfortable with flexible
• working schedule to meet the needs of the Company and its executives
• Oversee operations spend

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• ACCA or Master’s degree in finance/Investment  with minimum  2 years of experience in Managerial role
• Should have sound knowledge of Nepalese Tax and Laws.
• Proper Commanding with Reporting Requirements and capable of handling work pressure.
• Detail oriented and organized; Strong planning and prioritization abilities
• Strong quantitative background – data-analysis experience, MS Excel knowledge and presentation skills are expected
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
