•          Should be able to work independently and drive the work to be accomplished within the stipulated time
•          Should be a team player and have the temperament to work with senior staff within the organization/group
•          Should have a strong understanding of legal and statutory requirements
•          Should have the experience in dealing with government/regulatory bodies
•          Ideally should have a minimum of 5 years of working experience at managerial level
•          Should be well versed with Microsoft Office Package, particularly with spreadsheet programs
