The company is funded by international shareholders and international banks(Multilateral Development banks) and maintains high level of employee work standards in the energy sector.

Key Responsibilities : 

• Independently manage the budget and cashflow of the Company
• Independently handle Equity Injection in the company from shareholders.
• Independently handle various approvals from Government entities for smooth operation of the company (FDI investments, Interest payments, etc.)
• Handle legal aspect of finance department in close coordination with Legal team and Company Secretary
• Deal with local and international banks for treasury related functions
• Manage communications with shareholders, lenders, consultants, banks, legal team and finance related government organizations.
• Prepare reports based on the financing documents as required by the management.
• Draft and improvise all the finance related policies of the organization
• Any other work as allocated by management related to finance department

• Job Location: Head Office in Kathmandu with site visits when required
• Salary: As per company regulations depending on position
