Roles and responsibilities of this job

As the Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial operations of our organization. You will contribute to maintaining the financial health of the company, ensuring accurate financial reporting and providing strategic insights to guide decision-making.

Key responsibilities:

Preparation of financial statements, reports and presentations.
Collaborate in budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement.
Monitor and maintain internal controls to ensure regulatory compliance and prevent financial irregularities.
Manage cash flow and optimize working capital.
Supervise finance department staff and provide guidance and support.
Assist with internal and external audits and address audit findings.
Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
Collaborative with various departments and stakeholders to communicate financial information effectively.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Professional Certification

Required Experience:More than or equal to 7 years

Other Specification

Relevant professional certification (ACCA / CA)
7-8 years of experience in finance or accounting roles with demonstrated progression in responsibility
Strong knowledge of financial principle, regulations and accounting standards
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft office suite
Excellent analytical skills and attention to details
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with cross-functional departments

Note: Excellent communication in the English language is of top priority for this position.
