As a Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the financial stability and growth of our organization. Combining financial expertise with in-depth knowledge of the travel and airlines industry, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day financial activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and contributing to strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities:

Monitor and analyse day-to-day financial activities, providing strategic insights to enhance financial performance.
Collaborate with the finance director and senior management to develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organisational goals.
Efficiently manage company funds, optimising cash flow and liquidity in the context of the dynamic travel and tourism industry.
Implement financial strategies that align with the nature of the travel business.
Ensure the accuracy of ledger balances for airlines and suppliers.
Collaborate with relevant departments to reconcile discrepancies and streamline financial processes.
Perform meticulous bank reconciliations and reconcile transactions with financial institutions, considering the unique financial landscape of the travel sector.
Work closely with the finance director and senior management to align financial goals with overall business objectives.
Provide regular financial updates and collaborate on strategic decision-making.
Ensure timely and compliant payroll processing for all employees.
Ensure compliance with local and industry-specific regulations.
